Sakina Limbada is a professional coach who has been in the field for six years. Sakina coaches individuals and teams for Ogilvy, South Africa and Avatar South Africa. Sakina coaches all the individuals and teams for these companies, working with employees across the board, ranging from entry level to Senior Leaders.

Sakina specializes in helping teams to understand each other, providing insights into different personalities and ways of working, to better serve the teams.

Sakina also does some coaching for the United Nations. In her spare time, she takes on one private client a month.

Sakina has agreed to help some of the new mums struggling to adapt to their new chapter. Being a mum of three herself, Sakina understands that becoming a mother means becoming a brand new version of yourself that you have not met before. It means growing up, along with your children and learning to manage changes in your life, like changes in personal relationships, physical changes and impact on intimacy and sex life. It also means meeting a side of you that you don’t really like or enjoy.

Becoming a mum creates an entire shift in identity and Sakina has offered to take on one private client per month (she works with private clients on a Friday morning, South African time).
